Access to the internet through a computer or phone.
A small space in your home or outside where you can move freely for yoga and movement videos.
A printer if you wish to print out the workbooks, or view them on your computer and use a journal of your choice to write in.
60–90 minutes per week to put into practice the daily meditations and follow the course content.

HOW IT WORKS
Over the 30 days you will create your own BodyMantra and learn how to effectively meditate on your BodyMantra so that it becomes your reality. Each week you will explore a new theme.
Each week, you will complete course exercises in your workbook, watch a daily video training, interact with your fellow participants on Facebook and gather in our virtual video forum for a Q&A session. As well as that, you’ll have different activities according to the weekly theme.
Once a week as a group we give our bodies a break from digestion and commit to an intermittent fast for the day. Fasting will be tailored to your individual situation and it will depend on your current circumstances – there are different options and one of them will be right for you. This won’t be stressful or difficult (I don’t allow it to be!) but rather something that you will find easy and will allow you to get some great insights into yourself.
I know that you’re a busy chicka! The program has been cleverly designed to be accessible, achievable and fit into your life, so you choose when you meditate and when you complete the course content.
Week 1 – My BodyMantra
Know thy body, love thy body
Discover your current relationship with your body and learn to meditate to re-create the relationship.
Week 2 – BodyMantra Food
Know thy body, love thy food
Explore food and the role it plays in your life. Identify your relationship with it. Delve into food labelling, emotional eating, over-eating and cravings. Create simple mindfulness eating practices through your BodyMantra that will give you freedom around food.
Week 3 – BodyMantra Movement
Know thy body, love thy movement
Explore exercise and your relationship towards it. Learn how to enjoy moving your body and how you can apply your BodyMantra to keep you inspired and motivated.
Week 4 – BodyMantra Mindset
Know thy body, love thy life
Learn about the law of attraction and how you create your reality. Take the BodyMantra practice and apply it to your relationships with people, your career and all areas of your life.

1. What is the “empowered nutritional guidance program”?
This is where you and I go over your current health and nutritional habits and design a solution for you that will allow you to feel great in your body. I give you some different options and you choose what you feel is going to be best for you. It’s all about empowering, not restricting. Nutrition is an important consideration in the BodyMantra Project but it’s about how you eat, not what you eat. It’s not a diet. We are not dieting here. It’s so much more than that.
2. Does it matter that I have never meditated before?
No. The BodyMantra meditation suits beginners right through to advanced meditators. The concept is simple and there is plenty of guidance to ensure that you will be meditating like a Zen Buddha by the end!
3. What if I can’t commit to 90 minutes per week?
The most significant commitment of time you make in one chunk is the 10 minutes per day to meditate. The rest is up to you, but the more you put in the more you get out.
4. Can I do the project if I am breast feeding or pregnant?
Yes, we just make sure that your wellness Wednesday (fasting day) is tailored to suit you.
5. Will it matter if I am travelling overseas whilst the project is on?
No, it will not as long as you have access to the internet.
